Founder & Chairman

Mr. Boas Seruwe is the visionary founder and non-executive chairman of Bakubung Business Supplies. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), a Higher Diploma in Taxation, and an MBA.

With extensive leadership experience spanning the public and private sectors, Mr. Seruwe’s career highlights include:

  • • Systems Accountant and Manager at National Treasury
  • • Director of Finance at the National Department of Public Works
  • • Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers
  • • Chief Financial Officer and later Commissioner at the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF)
  • • CEO of AFGRI Poultry (2016–2021)

Boitshepo Seruwe

CA-SA Executive Director — Finance & Strategy

Boitshepo Seruwe plays a critical leadership role in Bakubung’s operations, overseeing finance, accounting, and business strategy. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Financial Management and is a qualified CA(SA), ACMA, and CGMA.

Her background includes experience as an accountant and investment analyst, bringing financial discipline and strategic thinking to the company. Boitshepo is passionate about innovation, ensuring Bakubung remains competitive and financially robust.

Gomolemo Seruwe

Executive Director & Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Gomolemo Seruwe leads Bakubung’s operational, administrative, and marketing functions, overseeing the day-to-day activities of the business. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Johannesburg.

Gomolemo is instrumental in managing our fleet logistics, client relationships, and operational teams, ensuring that we consistently deliver exceptional service across all divisions.
